Saudi International Bank

The Saudi International Bank (SIB) was established in in 1975 as a joint venture between the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA), the Morgan Guaranty Trust Company, (who held 50 and 20 per cent of the shares respectively), and a group of international banks. In September 2000 the bank became the Gulf international Bank UK Ltd after being bought up by the Gulf international Bank.[1]
