Sara Hamou (also reported as Sara Aleksandra Hamou and Sara Aleksandra Fayssal Hamou) is a corporate manager associated with the Intellexa spyware consortium founded by Tal Dilian. Citizen Lab reported in October 2026 that between 2020 and March 2026 the shareholders of Discover-Tech included Chaia Services Ltd, a British Virgin Islands company. Citizen Lab said it could not access Chaia's corporate records, but that a Haaretz investigation had reported that one of Chaia's directors was Sara Hamou. Citizen Lab identified her as the Hamou who managed Intellexa's corporate network and was sentenced by a Greek court in the Predator case.[1]
Intellexa and Greece
US Treasury OFAC designated Sara Aleksandra Fayssal Hamou in March 2024 in connection with Intellexa. In February 2026 an Athens court convicted Dilian, Hamou and two others in the Greek Predator / wiretapping scandal (sentences pending appeal as reported).[2][3]
Disambiguation note
The link between Chaia Services Ltd and the Intellexa manager rests on Citizen Lab's reading of a Haaretz report. Citizen Lab did not see Chaia's register entry itself, and British Virgin Islands company records are not public.[1]
