Roland Salmon
Dr Roland Salmon is a board member Wales and chair of Welsh Food Advisory Committee at the Food Standards Agency. He previously worked as the director of Public Health Wales' Communicable Disease Surveillance Centre, in Cardiff, where he worked for years on the investigation of outbreaks of infectious diseases.
