Richard Carlson
Amb. Richard Carlson is the vice chairman of FDD. Carlson directed Voice of America for the last six years of the Cold War, and was responsible for the U.S.- government funded Radio Marti, which broadcast to Cuba. Carlson served as president and CEO of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting for five years.[1]
