Rafael Rubio
Rafael Rubio is the president of the Association for the Transition of Cuba [1]. At the Democracy and Security International Conference in Prague, 2007 he discussed the importance to Cuba of what he called “real paths to the goal of sovereignty, democracy, reconciliation, and rights”. [2].
