Phillipa Buckley
Phillipa Buckley is a former special adviser to the 2010-2012 secretary of state for the Department for International Development Andrew Mitchell.[1]
Since leaving Government, she has worked as a consultant for Malachite Advisors Ltd and as a junior project developer at EleQtra, [2] 'a multi-disciplinary project development and investment firm'. [3]
