Paul Walker, Solicitor has been General Counsel of C and C Group since June 2010, he has responsibility for corporate governance, legal and regulatory affairs. In June 2011 his role was increased to include Group General Counsel and Company Secretary. He is a solicitor and was most recently a partner at Lawrence Graham LLP where he handled many of the firm's largest and most complex transactions across all industries.
