Paul Makarechian is the CEO and President of Makar Properties and Senior Vice President, Commercial Division of Capital Pacific Holdings Inc.[1]
He is the son of Hadi Makarechian, the founder of Capital Pacific Holdings and chairman of Makar Properties.[2]
