- Paul commenced his career in a sales & marketing role moving to a distribution company in 1981, subsequently becoming managing director of two private companies until forming his own management consultancy in 1997 relating to sport, broadcast and the internet sectors. Paul’s career escalated with the co-formation of CMG plc which was later successfully floated in 2000. He is an experienced market operator with a reputation for problem solving, tenacity and leadership.[1]
