Pascal Leroy
Pascal Leroy was appointed Secretary General of the Brussels-based WEEE Forum on 1 May 2007, a European association composed of 39 organisations managing the collection, treatment and recycling of electro-scrap. Leroy had worked for more than 6 years at CECED, the association of household appliance manufacturers in Europe, as government affairs manager. Before CECED, he worked for Hill and Knowlton. In the second-half of the 1990s Mr Leroy worked as a research assistant and press officer in the Group of Liberals and Democrats at the European Parliament.[1]
