Onora O'Neill
Onora O'Neill was created a life peer in March 1999 when she was given the title Baroness O'Neill of Bengarve. She is a crossbench member in the House of Lords. [1]
O'Neill is also a member of the Medical Research Council and chair of the Equalities and Human Rights Commission. [1]
