Norman Foster
Norman Foster is the founder and chairman of Foster + Partners a worldwide architectural practice.[1]
In July 2010, Foster stepped down from the House of Lords, in order to retain his non-domiciled tax status. He retained his title as Lord Foster of Thames Bank.[2]
