Norbert Neuser (born 22 March 1949, Boppard ) is an MEP for Germany from Social Democratic Party of Germany.

  • Member of Boppard town council (1984-1999). Member of the Rhine-Hunsrück district council (1984-2009); vice-chair, Rhine-Hunsrück district council (1991-2009).
  • Chair, Boppard SSV football club (1995-2005). Chair and senior teacher, Boppard Adult Education Centre (since 2005). Chair, One World Forum, Rhineland-Palatinate (since 2006).
  • Honorary citizen of the Town of Keszthely (Hungary).
