It has concentrated on providing corporate advice and investment anking support and has a position of unique flexibility and independence within the UK merchant anking sector.
- Noble Grossart advises many leading Scottish companies, institutions and private companies and as a wide spread of clients in the rest of the UK. The bank also has a range of interests abroad. Corporate finance activities include capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs, corporate restructuring and debt funding advice. Investment banking is a particular strength and Noble Grossart works closely with major UK institutions. Noble Grossart Investments takes investments in mainly unlisted companies where it can act as a supportive and longer term participant. The banking function operates in the wholesale sterling money markets. It provides a treasury management service for sterling funds and comprehensive debt management advice.
