  • 1921 - Census data states that Morris Wolfson (76, so presumably born approx 1845) born in Kovno, Russia (known today as Kaunas, Lithuania), a naturalised British subject was a retired Watchman. He lived at at 73 Nicholson Street, Glasgow in a three room house in Tradeston/Gorbals which was subsequently demolished and now forms part of the site of Glasgow Sherriff Court. One other person was living there called Leah Hyman (60) born in Riga, Russia, in current day Latvia. She was listed as widowed, and as a 'house keeper' and 'general servant'. This would appear to be Rebecca Leah Wolfson.
