Michael Hutchison

- The Right Honourable Sir Michael Hutchison was educated at Clare College, Cambridge. He was called to the Bar in 1958. He took Silk in 1976 and in 1983 he was appointed as Judge of the High Court, Queen's Bench Division. From 1984 to 1987 he served as a Judge of the Employment Appeal Tribunal and from 1989 to 1992 he served as a Presiding Judge of the Western Circuit. From 1995 to 1999 he served as a Lord Justice of Appeal. He was appointed a Surveillance Commissioner in 1998.[1]
