Mark Berg
Mark Berg is a PR operative, former commissioning editor on BBC Radio Four's The World at One and PM and former short term Israel lobbyist.[1] He was appointed as director of the Britain Israel Communications and Research Centre as part of its relaunch in September 2001.[2] He stepped down in the summer of 2002 "to pursue his career in a different direction", according to a statement released at the time.[1]
As of 2012 Berg is the owner of Phab Communications and Director of Operations at Sign Salad a small marketing firm (January 2011 – Present (August 2012)).[3]
From December 2005 – November 2007 Berg was a BBC News staffer working on BBC Radio 4 Today; The World Tonight; The World at One; PM BBC Newsgathering; BBC 4 The World; Hardtalk.[3]
From July 2005 – April 2006 Berg was a TV producer with GMTV where he worked on The Sunday Programme with Steve Richards.[3]
