Malcolm MacKintosh
John Malcolm MacKintosh (born 25 Decemner 1921) was a British military analyst considered an expert on the Soviet Union. He worked for the Foreign Office and the Cabinet Office, and was also involved in a number of private think-tanks and academic institutions.
