Kevin Dowd

Kevin Dowd is professor of finance and economics at Durham University Business School.

He is a member of the pro-Brexit lobby group Economists for Free Trade and an Adjunct Scholar at the Cato Institute, a libertarian think tank in the US. ^[1]

Dowd is also a partner in Cobden Partners, described as a 'collection of people that [founder Gordon Kerr] met through the Cobden Centre... established to help small countries reform their failed banking and, in some cases, monetary systems.
