Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute for International Relations and Strategic Studies

The Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute for International Relations and Strategic Studies (LKIRSS) was founded in 2006 as the successor to the Sri Lanka Institute of Strategic Studies. It is named after the late Sri Lankan foreign minister Lakshman Kadirgamar.[1]
