Josep Borrell Fontelles

Josep Borrell Fontelles (born 24 April 1947, Pobla de Segur) was an MEP from the Spanish Socialist Party (PSOE) (20.07.2004 - 13.07.2009).[1] From 2004-2006, he was the Patron of International Association of Business and Parliament.
