James Rogers
James Matthew Rogers is an associate fellow and former trustee of the Henry Jackson Society. [1] He is also the DRS Scholar in the Centre of International Studies at the University of Cambridge, where he is a member of Pembroke College.[2]
Rogers obtained a first class B.Sc. Econ. (Hons.) in International Politics and Strategic Studies in the Department of International Politics at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth. He was awarded the J. Elizabeth Morris Prize in International Relations and was the the Managing Editor of the Aberystwyth Journal of World Affairs[3]
Rogers has completed an M.Phil in Contemporary European Studies at Cambridge, and is undertaking Ph.D. research on European security and defence policy, in the context of the European Union’s emergence as a global power.[4]
Between September and December 2008, Rogers was a Visiting Fellow at the European Union Institute of Security Studies.[5]
He has worked for two Labour MPs in London.[6]
