Jack Dykes

Jack Dykes was appointed Chief Executive Corporate Division of HBOSA in May 2005 after previously being Chief Executive of the Corporate & Business Division.

His appointment was made after a restructure in which Corporate & Business Division was divided, separating business banking operations from the corporate activities of BOS International.

Dykes has had diverse experience within HBOS Group, having worked in the Bank's International Division in London and Edinburgh, then moving to head the New York Corporate Finance team in 1993. He then transferred to Sydney in 1995 to establish BOS International ^[1].
