International Foundation for Civil Liberties

The International Foundation for Civil Liberties (IFCL) is a non-profit organisation established in December 2000 in New York City.

The IFCL website says that the organisation "strive[s] to provide financial, legal, informational and logistical resources to secure human rights and civil liberties in Russia." [1]
