Institute of Food Science & Technology
The Institute of Food Science & Technology (IFST), formed in 1964, is an independent qualifying body for food professionals in Europe and the only professional body in the UK concerned with all aspects of food science and technology. Food Science & Technology is IFST's information journal published quarterly.
