Charles Pena’s work focuses on defence policy. He comments on the U.S government’s fixation with high security measures and criticises this through several publications and articles. With links to government he worked on the campaign for Ron Paul’s limited constitutional government. He is affiliated with the Cato Institute, Independent Institute and the Coalition for Realistic Foreign Policy, George Washington University Homeland Security Policy and the Ron Paul Presidential Campaign[1]. He has also contributed to Reason Magazine.
