Global Partners & Associates (GPA) was established in 2005 by Andrew Puddephatt and Greg Power. According to its website, its goal is to "to promote democratic politics, effective governance and human rights around the world by developing policy and practice, and shaping the approaches of donors and governments, civil society organisations and private sector partners."
