Felix Cowgill
Felix Cowgill was an MI6 officer.
Prior to joining MI6, Cowgill spent 12 years in the Indian Police, working against Comintern networks in Bengal.[1]
Cowgill joined MI6 in March 1939. At the time, it was expected that he would eventually succeed the service's deputy chief, Valentine Vivian.[1]
