David Watters
David Watters is a Belfast accountant.[1]
In August 2013, Watters was appointed to the Northern Ireland Guardian Ad Litem Special Health and Social Care Agency (NIGALA) by Health Minister Edwin Poots.[2]
In October 2015, the BBC released a draft letter in which Watters reportedly claimed a £7.5 million success fee as part of the sale of the Northern Ireland portfolio of the National Asset Management Agency.[3]
