David Shearer
David joined the Board of HBOS in March 2004. Until 31 December 2003, David was the Senior Partner of Deloitte & Touche for Scotland and Northern Ireland, and until September 2003, was a UK Board member of Deloitte & Touche. He is also a Governor and Non-executive Director of The Glasgow School of Art and a member of the advisory panel to Martin Currie in respect of its Private Equity business. David is a Chartered Accountant.[1]
