China Festival 2008

China Festival 2008 is a corporation set up by PR executive and founder of Brunswick, Alan Parker. Parker was appointed a director on 21 July 2006 according to documents lodged at Companies House. Along with over 30 other directorships this seems to be another of Parker's 'Brunswick' projects as opposed to a separate initiative. This view seems confirmed by an email from Askonas Holt who are advertised as being responsible for sponsorship opportunities for the fexstival. 'Askonas Holt are part of the event organising around The China Festival', writes Sofie Mason of Askonas, 'but the real driving force comes from Brunswick PR.'[1]
