- Cheryl Black is the Customer Service Director at O2, the UK’s leading mobile phone company. Cheryl has more than 15 years experience in senior roles in the utilities and telecommunication sectors, developing and implementing customer relations strategies in organisations such as Scottish Water, Orange, NTL and London Electricity. Mrs Black is a Vice President and Companion Member of the Institute of Customer Service.[1]
