Chase Manhattan Bank

Chase Manhattan Bank changed its name to Chase when it was it acquired by JPMorgan in 2000.[1] Chase Manhattan Bank was formed by the merger of the Chase National Bank and the Bank of the Manhattan Company in 1955.[2]
