Center for the Study of Democracy

The Center for the Study of Democracy is a pro-market think tank founded in 1989, based in Sofia, Bulgaria. It says its mission is: 'dedicated to the values of democracy and market economy. CSD is a non-partisan, independent organization fostering the reform process in Bulgaria through impact on policy and civil society.'[1]
