Beth Dozoretz is the longtime Democratic fundraiser with close ties to Bill and Hillary Clinton, who also was the first woman to serve as finance chair of the Democratic National Committee, in 1999. She is married to Ron Dozoretz, the founder of FHC Health Systems.[1]
