Ayelet Shiloh-Tamir was chief executive of Concert (formerly Kela Shlomo), the public-benefit company through which Israel's Ministry of Strategic Affairs and Public Diplomacy funded "mass consciousness" activity abroad. She held the post from about 2018.[1]
Concert
Steering-committee minutes released in 2020 record a December 2018 proposal by Shiloh-Tamir that, "because of the difficulty and refusal of donors to donate directly to Concert", contributions should be routed through the organisation carrying out the activity.[1] For Concert's funding, grants and outcome see Concert - Together for Israel and Ministry of Strategic Affairs and Public Diplomacy.
