Antonio Pedauyé

Antonio Pedauyé is the Ambasador of Spain to the Czech Republic.[1].

Pedauye was also the United Nations civilian chief in Bosnia in 1995. Reflecting on the UN envolvement in Bosnia he said "We thought deterrence could be based on the moral authority of the United Nations, but we learned that moral authority is not enough,". "When the Serbs realized that there was a 155-millimeter cannon on top of Mount Igman, they understood the language."[2].
