Anna (Anya) Zhuravel
Anna (Anya) Zhuravel is a MALD '04 student at Fletcher, focusing on Public International Law and Southwest Asia & Islamic Civilization. She was active in Jewish student movement in Russia, which led her to found the Russian Union of Jewish Students and sit on the Executive Board of the European Union of Jewish Students[1]. She also has a degree in Political science from Moscow State University and in 2004 when she moved to Israel became an aide to Israel's then Minister of Finance Benjamin Netanyahu [2]. All this appears to have helped her gain her job as Media Liason with media flak group, Honest Reporting and writer for The Fletcher Ledger, a student publication at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University [3].
