Andrew Reynolds
Dr. Andrew Reynolds is (2007) an associate professor of political science at UNC Chapel Hill. He has worked for the United Nations, the U.S. State Department, the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance and the International Foundation for Election Systems (IFES).
Activities
Reynolds specializes in "democratization, constitutional design and electoral politics". He has served as a consultant on issues of electoral and constitutional design in over a dozen countries, including Afghanistan (post-2003), Iraq (post-2003), Jordan and Yemen (post-2003).
