Voice of the Caliphate

Voice of the Caliphate is yet to make its debut on the world scene yet it made its first appearance not via a broadcast on Al-Jazeera or the slew of other websites on which messages from Islamist groups are carried, but through the website of an organization called Search for International Terrorist Entities (SITE).[1]

The appearance of this report coincided with the new revelations about the Prison Abuse Scandal, this time under British jurisdiction.
