Victoria Atkins MP

Victoria Atkins is the Conservative Party Member of Parliament (MP) for Louth and Horncastle. [1]

In March 2015 Peter Tapsell, the previous MP for Louth & Horncastle, decided to retire from politics following eighteen years of serving this constituency. [2] Atkins was selected to stand as the Conservative candidate for this safe seat in May 2015. She was successfully elected with a majority of 14,977 votes. [3]

Family

  • James Atkins, brother. Managing director of strategy, business development and digital, EMEA and deputy chairman, EMEA public affairs practice at lobbyists Burson-Marsteller, where he has been declared by Atkins as involved in 'engaged in lobbying the public sector on behalf of a third party or client'.[4]
