Currently working on building comprehensive profiles on newly appointed Italian Prime Minister [[Mario Monti]], newly appointed President of the [[European Central Bank]] [[Mario Draghi]] and newly appointed Greek Prime Minister [[Lucas Papademos]]. Between them they have some interesting connections with international finance, and think-tanks ie [[Goldman Sachs]], the afore mentioned [[ECB]], the [[Trilateral Commission]], [[Bilderberg]], and the [[Aspen Institute Italy]]. All have been appointed (not elected)to extremely influential positions within the EU and their respective membership countries and therefore merit some attention.

Great to hear from you too :) I've just sent Melissa an email and copied your editor email in. I'm a bit rusty with the HTML coding and formatting and don't have as much time as I'd like. However, I'm happy to get back to contributing to Powerbase. I've been following a lot of the local corruption down here in Calabria. It's another world down here and the people really are up to their neck in it. The power relations down here are extremely subverted and it's tentacles reach all the way up to central government, into the EU and beyond, its really difficult to discern what's actually happening and to distinguish tails from heads.

Anyway, some obvious high-profile events have prompted me to start focusing my attention up at the other end again and Powerbase would be a good place to help piece things together.
