Hi,

the section that is headed notes with the text <references/> beneath it should be cut and pasted at the bottom of the page.

Also, no need for two headings titled 'Notes'

good work on Globalisation:International Business Leaders Forum. Make sure you put [[double brackets]] around all names and organisation names. also remember to put <references/> at the bottom so that all your footnotes will be displayed.
