Torkel L. Patterson is the managing director of Group Pacific Inc., a consulting firm specializing in international business development. Patterson previously worked for more than six years with Raytheon, including more than four years as president of Raytheon International Inc., leading Raytheon’s international business development.[1]
Patterson graduated from the United States naval Academy in 1976. He retired from the Navy in 1994.[2]
