The Washington Conference on Port Security, Maritime Intelligence and Counter-Proliferation was a two day conference and one day course on counter-terrorism held at the Ronald Reagan International Trade Center in Washington D.C. from 19 - 21 May 2004. The conference was presented by the Maritime Intelligence Group and co-sponsored by the Centre for the Study of Political Violence, Sandia National Laboratories, Lloyds Marine Intelligence Unit, Lloyd's List, Informa Group, and the American Association of Port Authorities.

A copy of the conference programme was disclosed by the University of St. Andrews in response to a Freedom of Information request sent to the University of St. Andrews in August 2008, [1] and can be accessed under the resources section below.
