The Standing Committee of European Doctors (CPME) represents Doctors in Europe, it aims to promote high standards in medical training and practice, public health and the free movement of doctors between European counties. It is an international, not for profit association under Belgian Law [1]

CPME has a long-standing commitment to transparency and independence. The CPME are listed on the European transparency register (identification number: 9276943405-41) [2]

Membership is comprised of 27 National Medical Associations of European Union members.
