Lord Tanlaw (Simon Mackay) is a crossbench peer in the House of Lords[1]. According to the Sunday Times rich list, Lord Tanlaw has an estimated family fortune of £60 million[2].

Tanlaw is the chancellor of the University of Buckingham, he has donated in excess of £100,000 to the university which gives him patron status[3].
