Richard W. Graber is the former U.S. Ambasador to the Czech Republic. He considers his greatest achievement as ambassador to be removing the visa requirement for Czech citizens visiting the U.S. He described participation in the missile-defense project “a great opportunity for the Czech Republic to contribute to NATO”[1].
