Richard Francis Williams

Dr Richard Williams is the Managing Director of Richalis Limited, a computer consultancy. [1] Richalis gave £4,000 to the Labour Party in March 2001 and £4,000 in May 2001. He is a City Councillor in Southampton, responsible for Environment and Transport, and also sits on the Healthy Region Forum of the South East Regional Assembly. Previously he has been a Publicity Officer for Hampshire County Council. Richard Williams unsuccessfully stood as Labour candidate for Gosport in the 1997 General Election. [2]

His clients have included Glaxo Wellcome, DETR, Ministry of Defence, CCTA (Government computer Centre) and the Department of Social Security. [3]
