Dr Richard Williams is the Managing Director of Richalis Limited, a computer consultancy. [1] Richalis gave £4,000 to the Labour Party in March 2001 and £4,000 in May 2001. He is a City Councillor in Southampton, responsible for Environment and Transport, and also sits on the Healthy Region Forum of the South East Regional Assembly.
